The software has an in-built wizard that makes it easy to set up and use the inventory management system. ezyInventory is designed to help you keep track of your valuables, household items and collectibles. It allows you create an electronic catalog of your possessions with unlimited items In the case of theft or loss due to natural disaster ezyInventory is invaluable for insurance purposes.
For each item, you can store its name, location, serial number, date purchased, original cost, and notes as well as many other details like specifications, insurance details, valuations and warranties. Easily track repairs and other expenses related to a possession. Keep track of insurance policies and warranties associated with your assets. Alerts on log-in inform the user of insurance policies and warranties approaching their expiration date. In-built estate planning features allows you to keep track of beneficiaries/heirs and what assets they will inherit.
There is a unique copy function to ease data entry. If you have multiple items that are similar ezyInventory allows all the details, attached documents and specifications to be copied to the new item in one easy click. The new item can be modified as required.
ezyInventory allows the user to attach photos, invoices, documents, receipts, valuations, URL's or any other scanned documents to the item. Simply click on the link to run the program associated with the attachment.
ezyInventory has SQL support, which allows you manipulate your database of records with powerful standard SQL (*). The application can import and export CSV text files, it has asset auditing to automatically track changes to each asset/item (*).
A set of reports are supplied, you can add to these with our integrated report designer to create and edit your own reports, they can be saved and printed as required.
Powerful search features - "Quick find" allows you to quickly jump to an asset or the advanced "Search" allows you to search multiple fields with multiple keywords or any criteria. The program includes a standard SQL commands screen (*) to extract the specific items you need.
